Pan Fried Baked Potato




  • Place a few TBS of coconut oil in a frying pan and heat at medium 




  • Take your leftover, room temperature baked potatoes, cut in half and place cut side down in hot pan




  • Fry for about 10 minutes until golden brown




  • Remove from heat, salt and serve.

      2. What a great idea! We're in temporary housing, so no actual oven and I've been looking for things I can do with a crockpot, electric skillet, microwave, etc!
