Kidding Season has ARRIVED!

Born Monday December 12th, 2011
Opal is licking her lips after slurping up a bucket of hot molasses water with salt and ACV added.  Her daughter was looking for the spigot, but got distracted by a chicken.

Queen of the Pallet!  This doeling knows she's "ALL THAT"  and is stomping her foot at the chicken.

  1. Oh my GOSH! How sweet is that?! Silly me, I always figured that all farm animals were born in the spring.

Yeah, I'm a city girl. How did ya guess? :-)

  2. Actually, this is the first year I've had kids this early. March babies are my ideal work wise, but we made some changes to the schedule due to a variety of circumstances this time around. December is being quite cooperative weather wise....so far.
